Pharmacy Weight Loss Battle | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pharmacy Weight Loss Battle, a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic serving Battle, UK. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Battle is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) under registration number 9012511. We provide online pharmacy and weight loss consultation services in accordance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards of practice.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, complete, and honest information during your consultation. Our services are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with certain medical conditions, or those currently taking medications that may interact with weight loss treatments.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if our prescribing team determines it is not clinically appropriate for you. Eligibility is assessed on an individual basis, and approval is not guaranteed.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by a qualified prescriber. Our pharmacist or prescriber will review your consultation responses and medical history before any prescription is approved. We do not issue prescriptions automatically or without clinical justification.

Prescriptions are issued in accordance with current MHRA guidelines and GPhC standards. It is your responsibility to disclose all current medications, allergies, and relevant medical history accurately. Failure to do so may result in serious health risks and may invalidate any obligation we hold to you.

We reserve the right to withdraw or decline a prescription at any stage if clinical concerns arise.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

Payment does not guarantee the issue of a prescription. If a prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

5. Delivery

Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is conducted via a tracked service to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate.

We cannot accept liability for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our website or email. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns due to the nature of medicinal products, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds for unapproved prescriptions will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. We do not offer refunds on dispensed medications unless they are found to be faulty or supplied in error.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided through our service is intended to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your GP or healthcare provider. Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone. Results vary between individuals, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

In the event of a medical emergency, please call 999 or attend your nearest accident and emergency department immediately. Do not rely solely on our service for urgent medical advice.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
